Feature of the bamboo chopstick production line:

1.This bamboo chopstick production line is dedicated to produce bamboo chopsticks and also can produce wooden chopsticks.

2,The final chopsticks' size is usually: length 190mm-240mm, width:12-13mm, and the thickness:4-5mm.

3.Normally the size of the chopsticks is length 19-24cm.width1.2-1.3cm,thickness 0.4-0.5cm.

4. Above 5 sets of wooden chopsticks machine is production line, produce chopsticks length 210mm ,output 40000-50000pairs/8hours,the production line need 3-4 workers.  

5.If customer add another 2 more sets chopsticks shaping machine,the capacity is above 120000 pairs/8hours.   

6.Normally per cube meter timber can produce 50000pairs chopsticks for  length 190cm.
