Bamboo chopstick production line is used for producing wooden and bamboo chopsticks which is composed of 7 machines.
Production process: wood dissection machine,wood set-size machine,wood chopsticks shaping machine,chopsticks sharpen machine,polishing machine,knife sharpening machine,chopsticks packing machine.

Feature:
1.Normally the size of the chopsticks is length 19-24cm.width 1.2—1.3cm,thickness 0.4—0.5cm
2.Above 6 sets of wooden chopsticks machine is production line,Chopsticks heaging machine is for the picture according to customer’s demands.
3.Output: 40000pairs/8hours,just need 3-4 workers.
4.If customer add another 2 more sets Chopsticks forming machine,the capacity is 120000 pairs/8hours.
5.Normally per cube meter timber can produce 50000pairs chopsticks for length 190mm.
6.Engery consumation:10℃/h,can contunue work for 12hours.
